Job Description
Join a rapidly growing team as an Account Specialist focused on improving the shipper experience for vendors and sellers. This role is pivotal in driving innovation within transportation and logistics by evaluating current network shipper defects and implementing improvements through coaching and performance management. You will work directly with shippers to develop solutions and enhance shipper performance metrics.
ResponsibilitiesMonitor, verify, and present data daily.Overcome transportation disruptions and other barriers in real time.Identify root causes of transportation defects.Maintain daily logs on assigned shippers.Lead weekly calls with assigned shippers.Conduct Daily Business Review Stand-up calls.Essential SkillsExperience in the transportation and supply chain industry.Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.Self-starter with problem-solving abilities and creative thinking.Experience in freight, vendor management, account management, fleet, and transportation.Additional Skills & Qualifications2 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar fields preferred.Understanding of basic data analytical skills.Experience writing process improvement proposals.Entry-level knowledge of MS Excel, including pivot tables.Effective communication and organizational skills.Work Environment
This position is based 100% in office within a highly collaborative and friendly team environment. The team spans across Phoenix, Nashville, and Atlanta, offering a hybrid schedule. Our office is located in a 20+ floor high-rise with an in-house café, snack bar, rooftop, and free coffee. The culture is laid back yet fast-paced, encouraging idea-sharing and problem-solving.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, Tennessee.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
