Oversee daily transport operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries. Lead and develop a team of drivers, fostering a high-performance culture. Ensure full compliance with transport legislation, safety standards, and BRC requirements. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners like Oak Meadow to streamline workflows. Step in for the Operations Shift Manager when needed, maintaining seamless operations. Champion health and safety, drive continuous improvement, and support strategic initiatives. The Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in logistics or supply chain operations. Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of transport compliance, safety regulations, and fleet operations. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and IT skills (TMS, Excel, Outlook). Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
