✅WHAT YOU'LL DO

\n\nManage the daily plan to deliver volumes on time whilst hitting operational KPI's\nDirect the daily activity to ensure a safety and transport compliance standards are met.\nManage all disciplinary & grievances in line with HR policy\nSupport the planning function, including providing holiday and sickness cover for the transport planner\nDeliver team performance reviews, development and/or succession planning as required\nSpecific functional responsibilities (e.g. Fleet maintenance, Working Time legislation etc) tacho-master, fuel ice, microlise\nDevelop, implement and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers\nImplement, monitor & control Health & Safety action plan for the department ensuring in line with site plan\nEscalate/justify any tacho infringements falling outside of legislation/company policy\nTake the Lead: Oversee our daily transport operations, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries to our customers\nInnovate & Optimise: Develop and implement transport strategies that enhance efficiency and drive success. Your ideas will help us stay ahead of the curve!\nTeam Builder: Develop, engage and inspire your team, creating an environment where every colleague can do their best\n\n

✅WHAT YOU'LL BRING

\n\nA minimum of one year experience in a transport office as a supervisor or above \nKnowledge of Working Time Legislation & EU Driving Legislation\nHold an International CPC Qualification - desirable\nHave excellent organisational and problem-solving skills\nAren't afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in when needed\n\n
