About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and organized Transport and Security Coordinator to oversee all transport operations and security functions at our resort. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless guest and team member transfers, particularly speedboat operations, while maintaining a safe and secure environment across the property.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate daily speedboat transfers for guests and team members, ensuring punctuality and excellent service standards.Manage transportation schedules, vehicle/boat usage, fuel control, and crew rosters.Supervise security operations across the resort, including access control, patrolling, and incident management.Ensure full compliance with Maldivian maritime and transport regulations, along with company standards and safety procedures.Conduct regular checks and maintenance follow-ups for boats and vehicles to guarantee operational readiness.Provide timely reports on transport usage, costs, and security matters to management.Work closely with Guest Services, P&C, and other departments to support operational and guest needs.Lead and train the transport and security teams to deliver consistent service and safety.

QualificationsPrevious experience in transport/logistics coordination and security operations, preferably in a resort or hospitality environment.Strong knowledge of Maldivian transport and maritime safety regulations.Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in emergencies.Valid boat license and driving license are highly preferred.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
