Job Description:

Optimization and planning of international transport with contracted carriers, and monitoring the entire transport process from pickup to delivery

Finding solutions when the actual execution of transport does not proceed according to plan

Monitoring, controlling, and verifying transport costs and ensuring their compliance with established processes and regulations

Searching for optimal transport solutions based on given requirements

Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) of transport quality, reliability, and efficiency, and proposing and implementing improvements to enhance them

Responsibility for internal and external communication related to organized transport

 

Requirements:

University or higher education in logistics, economics, technical, or organizational fields

1–3 years of experience in similar roles; preferably in logistics processes in an international environment OR opportunity for recent graduates in transport and logistics programs

Good communication skills

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Proactive attitude

Strong planning and organizational skills

Analytical abilities

Proficiency in MS Office tools; experience with SAP is an advantage
