We're now looking for a Transport planner to play a key role in our Logistics operation

\n

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

\n\nRoute Day & Night Traffic\nBook additional transport either internally or externally and agree rates.\nTo plan load schedules making best use of backload facilities where possible, using 'in house' systems and external load points to maximise profit.\nTo ensure customer and DHL KPI's are effectively met by the planning department.\nTo undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required for the effective operation of the Transport Department, which includes multi-skilling order to support other members of the team.\n\n

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

\n\nProven track record of planning and forecasting\nKnowledge of Transport Regulations\nMin 2 Years experience in FMCG environment\nAdvanced Excel Skills\nDegree Level Qualification - Transport / Supply Chain – Desirable\nPrevious experience in a similar role is acceptable\nGood standard of English \n\n
