**POSITION SNAPSHOT** Location : Wangnoi Distribution Center, Ayutthaya Company : Nestle Business Unit / Division: Supply Chain Full-Time Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation planning or logistics operations, experience with physical logistics and understanding of deployment and CSA objectives. **A DAY IN THE LIFE...** + Develop and maintain executable transportation load plans aligned with Nestlé’s logistics strategies. + Coordinate with internal teams (Order to Cash, Warehousing, Deployment) and external providers to ensure on-time delivery and optimal vehicle utilization. + Manage scheduling and rescheduling of orders, including customer pickup sales orders. + Provide real-time risk mitigation and issue resolutions to support daily operations. + Act as the point of contact for freight order creators and support load-level compliance. + Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as OTD (On-Time Delivery), utilization rates, and preventable planning failures. + Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in transportation planning. **ARE YOU A FIT?** + Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field. + Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation planning or logistics operations. + Experience with physical logistics and understanding of deployment and CSA objectives. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Proficiency in transportation planning systems and Microsoft Office tools. + Understanding of cost vs. service trade-offs and total delivered cost principles. + Excellent communication and coordination skills. + Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
