✅WHAT YOU'LL DO

\n\nTo directly assist Management by coordinating and generating the shipping requirements for distribution routes, from warehouse to end-user, maintaining precise and up-to-date reports\nMaintaining and developing the contract through innovation, cost reduction and forward thinking \nEnsure management of drivers, to legal standard to achieve planned deliveries\nSet standards and process with staff and ensure they are maintained\nCommunication with customer, regular reviews, KPI production \nLiaison with service locations to maintain fleet\nMaintain service schedule and control standards and repair costs \nHealth & Safety responsibility for the operation \n\n

✅WHAT YOU'LL BRING

\n\nMust be an O License Holder \nInternational CPC License Holder\nExperience with vehicle tracking and driver performance\nExperience of recruiting, training, counselling and disciplining staff \nPrevious and practical experience as a Transport Supervisor or Team Leader within a logistics environment 2 year's experience \nComprehensive knowledge of supply chain practices\nComputer literate with a practical knowledge of logistics software packages\nExcellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to supervise, organise and train direct reports\nA recognized qualification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics will be well-received\n\n
