\n\nCan lead from the front, winning hearts and minds and providing coaching and mentorship - essential \nExperence in managing large teams with in transport /Logistic environment -essential \nHas transport experence with compliance and safety experence - desirable \nHold an International CPC Qualification (desirable )\nHave excellent organisational and problem-solving skills\nAren't afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in when needed\nHappy to work 12 hrs shift , 4 days on, 4 days off\nHappy to work in consumer and convivence Logistics \n\n
