✅WHAT YOU'LL DO

\n

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

\n\n\n

Rotational shift pattern is 06:00-14:00 / 10:00-18:30 & 14:00-22:30 with 1 in 4 weekend day 06:00-14:30

\n\n\n

Safe, legal and efficient execution of transport operations during a duty shift to network SLA's/KPI's

\n\n\n

Responsible for driver and fleet legal compliance during shift in accordance with DHL Asset Management Centre of Excellence standards

\n\n\n

Have clear understanding of Roles & Responsibilities applicable to your role and to your team

\n\nPoint of the contact for all drivers during your drivers duty shift\n\n

\n

\n\nManagement experience in a Transport environment\nExperience preferably in multi user and chilled operation\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nSupervisory skills - managing individual performance/absenteeism/conflict and development\n\n
