✅WHAT YOU'LL DO

\n\nManaging personnel including staffing levels, duty allocation, holidays, briefings, and handling disciplinary and grievance matters.\nBuilding strong relationships with trade union representatives.\nInvestigating accidents, compiling reports, and recommending corrective actions.\nSubmitting accurate performance data and analysing servicing and expenditure.\nEnsuring compliance with working time legislation, operator licensing, Health & Safety, and quality standards.\nPlanning maintenance, servicing, tyre management, and staffing requirements.\nLiaising daily with both internal and external customers to ensure smooth operations.\n\n

✅WHAT YOU'LL BRING

\n\nTransport experience (beneficial but not essential).\nA solid understanding of legal compliance and relevant legislation.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nProven leadership abilities.\nIT experience with systems such as Key2 and OMS 121.\nA willingness to learn and grow within the role.\n\n
