Role Overview:

As a Transport Executive at JLL, you will support all aspects of employee transport operations at General Mills, ensuring safe, reliable, and fully documented service delivery. Reporting to the Transport Specialist, you’ll help manage efficient daily routing, vendor coordination, and compliance with all contractual and statutory requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and manage daily and shift-wise transport rosters for employee pick-up and drop, ensuring vehicles are dispatched on time and logs are accurately maintained.

Record start times, mileage, driver details, staff boarding times, and ensure only authorized employees are transported as per roster and approval protocols.

Support the maintenance of a 24/7 transport helpdesk by logging calls, assisting with queries, and documenting urgent requests efficiently.

Track trip progress, report any incidents or exceptions immediately, and keep accurate log books and digital records.

Collaborate closely with JLL teammates, the transport team, vendor supervisors, and security to ensure safe pick-up/drop at all locations, compliance with process, and employee data protection.

Maintain important transport-related contact lists, assign reference numbers to transport requests, and monitor completion of work orders.

Assist in the scheduling and monitoring of routine and ad hoc trips, prepare daily, weekly, and monthly transport summary reports, and support calculation of vendor invoices.

Address employee queries with courtesy and professionalism, contributing to a safe and seamless workplace experience.

 

 

 

Required qualifications:

 

Graduation in any discipline.

1–3 years’ experience in transport operations or administration; corporate/BPO setting preferred.

Good communication, teamwork, and MS Office/data entry skills.

Strong focus on integrity, punctuality, and detail.
