Shift patterns: Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm (but needs to be flexible as will need to cover some evenings)

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

\n\nWork closely with Transport FLM's, Transport Managers, Asset Management Centre of Excellence and the Transportv Development Centre teams to ensure we train our Drivers to be the safest, most efficient and customer focused. \nUndertake training in order to be able to carry out Ops 35, Ops 35a, Post Incident Assessments & Ops 31/32/33 Familiarisation only + uploading to Tachomaster Training Plus (5 days) Familiarisation to include manufacturers technology for vehicles used on the contract.\nSupport the driver assessment / recruitment process.\nProfessional control and management of all documentation associated with training, ensuring DHL Training records are up to date and that data protection rights are adhered too. \nUndertake Drug & Alcohol testing as part of the recruitment process, in line with site based random testing process and 'for cause'.\nSupport accident and incident investigations, understanding the root cause and drive corrective actions to reduce future risks. Remove this as its activity at Transport trainer Advanced Level\nIdentify/recognise drivers who have made extensive improvements in their roles and responsibilities.\n\n
