WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

\n

As part of your normal duties, you will:

\n\nWorking with representatives from one of our premium car brand customers\nCommunicating daily with management and the customer over the phone, email and Microsoft Teams\nBooking Vehicles in with on site Technicians and ensuring the relevant work is carried out in a timely manner\nWorking closely with our Transport services\nMonitoring progress with vehicles and providing daily updates. \nDealing with customer complaints and proving timely updates/resolutions\nLiaising with internal teams\n\n

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

\n\nPrevious Customer Service experience is essential\nStrong conflict management skills - able to deal with complaints\nExcellent communication skills\nAttention to detail and accuracy\nExcellent PC skills (Excel, Microsoft Office)\nExperience within a transport environment is desirable, but not essential\n\n
