✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

\n

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

\n\nCo-ordinate and prepare delivery and collection of freight information, ensuring all documentation is processed and completed on time and accurately whilst providing excellent customer service support.\nCo-ordination of collection and delivery of goods.\nUnderstanding Operational restrictions including management of transportation of sequenced stock and liaising with customer to ensure best possible customer service.\nWhen required, to ensure flexibility within the department to cover colleague's tasks during times of holidays & absence.\nInvestigate routings for the Transport Plan for new or amended customers/destinations.\nEnsuring all administration is up to date and accurate.\n\n

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

\n\nTransport experience in a Logistics / Supply Chain environment essential.\nExcellent knowledge of planning principles\nGood critical thinking skills\nAble to communicate at all levels, internally and externally\nIT Literate with knowledge of Excel, Tachomaster & Microlise.\n\n
