Transport Command Center - Team Leader

-            This role is critical in ensuring safe, compliant & customer-centric service delivery across transport governance, IFM helpdesk and EMS support for regional level

-            Support end to end operations with strong adherence to defined process discipline and lead by example.

-            Attention to details, individual contributor, acts as first level of leadership escalation for internal and client stakeholders

-            Comfortable to work in dynamic 24/7 a multi-regional operational environment, if required to support frontend team during exigencies/business requirement on weekend/holidays.

-            Liaising with various client & internal stakeholders with the organisation in AsPac region.

-            Proactive with ability to respond to incidents/accident real time and take corrective action and report preparation.

-            Capable of making timely, risk-aware decisions during emergencies and high-impact business continuity situations.

-            Focused on service quality and continuous improvement within function with recommendation which are data driven

-            Preparing various reports/ppt periodically (daily/weekly/monthly) and/or as per business requirement. Validating and maintaining data accuracy.

-            Ability to support, mentor, motivate and guide team on day-to-day operational requirements as required.

-            Support recruitment, onboarding, training & performance management of team.

-            Ethical mindset with focus on safety, compliance & governance.

-            Stakeholder Management.

-            Strong Communication skills both written and verbal.

-            Customer Centric.

-            Adaptability.

-            Collaboration.

-            Tech Savvy.

-            Team player and ownership.

-            Strong MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PPT & Word)

-            Candidate should be graduate.

-            Position will be based out of client site at Pune (Kharadi)

-            Rotational Shifts, working on weekends

-            Prior experience of 4-5 years in employee transport and/or workplace helpdesk will be preferred.
