We're now looking for a Night Shift Transport Clerk to support the safe, legal and efficient operations of transport.

\n

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

\n\nBriefing and de-briefing drivers\nSupporting the safe, legal and efficient execution of transport operations during a duty shift to network SLA's/KPI's\nEnsuring drivers are legal and compliant at the shift starts and understanding tachographs are downloaded\nPreparation & reconciliation of delivery paperwork, POD's etc. \nDefect reporting and call outs, updating systems and essential data for KPI tracking by the business.\n\n

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

\n\nPrevious experience in a transport operation would be advantageous\nHave excellent communication skills \nAn ability to work well under pressure \nExcellent PC skills (Microsoft Office)\nHave knowledge of working time legislation and tacho law\n\n
