DHL, an award winning leading supply chain business is seeking an experienced Transport Administrator to play a vital role providing administrative support to the management team in our transport department.

\n

\n

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

\n

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will

\n\nMaintain and complete timely and accurate records for the transport department \nDebriefing Drivers\nMonitoring crews out on the road\nUsing different IT programs including Microsoft office and Microlise\nHealth and Safety (Tasks to be carried out, working safely, daily checks, working safely) \nLiaising with customer services \nPayroll support \nReporting and investigating issues relevant to the operation\nStock control tasks \n\n

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

\n\nPreferably payroll support experience (desirable and can be trained)\nAttention to detail and accuracy\nExcellent PC skills (Microsoft Office)\nFlexible to cover the early shift if required\n\n
