Here at GXO Brinklow in Milton Keynes, we’re working together with Waitrose and are on the look-out for a Transport Administrator to join our fast-paced transport office.
You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, on a rotating shift pattern of Tuesday - Saturday, covering the hours of 22:00 - 06:00.

What you will do on a typical day:
Ensure regular communication with drivers is delivered Record details of vehicle accidents and ensure these are escalated to line management Drivers brief and de-briefing as well as data entry of statistics, customer reports and KPI’s Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Previous experience in transport function within logistics beneficial but not essential Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to collaborate with other team members and departments IT Literate, with excellent Word and Excel capabilities
