DHL, an award winning leading supply chain business is seeking an experienced Transport Clerk to play a vital role ensuring smooth running of all transport scheduled activities.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

\n\nEscalation in colleague and driver issues\nAccountable for ensuring system compliance i.e. Logics, DPM and transport systems\nFostering an environment that promotes sharing of ideas and best practice to the benefit of the network\nManage and review Transport KPI's,to identify KPL's, Fleet Utilisation, PvA Hours and POA and support any improvements\nManage operational costs and identification of cost performance trends - i.e. fuel performance/accidents etc\nPromote a positive transport/network culture, supporting EOS initiatives\nManage disciplinary and grievance in accordance with Company Policy and Procedures\nProcess paperwork as required - invoices \nOperate IT systems as required\nAccountable for delivering a high quality, customer focused service\nGeneral admin tasks\n\n

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

\n\nExperience working in a fast moving transport operation\nTransport legal compliance\nH&S compliance and leadership\nAble to work well under pressure \nExcellent communication skills \nAttention to detail and accuracy\nExcellent PC skills (Microsoft Office)\nAble to communicate at all levels, internally and externally\n\n
