The Marketing Lead is the strategic lead for Transplant, working closely with global teams, key markets and local cross-functional stakeholders to connect the global strategy to the market. This role requires you to think customer first and understand how the market and channels available will be used to successfully meet the global ambitions for our brands.
You are a leader, a collaborator, and a brand champion motivated to deliver world-class marketing initiatives that meet customer demands and foster the excellent launch of Rezurock to position it as a leading drug in the therapeutic area, accessible to all patients who need it, and positioning Sanofi as a leading transplant company. Nevertheless, consider the future expansion in both portfolio and indications.
Your role is to support the development and execution of a wide range of promotional tactics, professional education, and advocacy activities focused on the continued launch and growth of Transplant assets.
**Main Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and guide Brand Strategy, Tactics, and Critical Success Factors for REZUROCK and other transplant assets through collaboration and partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
+ Develop and oversee HCP / Patient personal and non-personal promotional campaigns, messaging, and events including development of metrics to measure success.
+ Manage third-party vendors and partner agencies who are part of the promotional execution platforms.
+ Engage with KOLs to obtain disease/product feedback and customer insights including leading market research, advisory boards, and peer-to-peer initiatives.
+ Support promotional exhibit booth activities.
+ Lead projects through the legal, regulatory, and medical review process.
+ Manage the marketing budget in alignment with Sanofi finance.
+ Work with cross-function team establish Sanofi image as the leader in the Transplant community.
+ Develop/localize materials needed for the field team to communicate messages to customers in addition to the selection/development of the ideal channels for communication.
+ Collaborate with and support field sales a team to ensure effectiveness and impact of promotional tools and programs, including sales training development/implementation and the implementation of key tactics.
+ Collaborate with Market Access to ensure the best access /reimbursement strategy for transplant portfolio.
+ Collaborate with the extended Brand / Market Access / Medical teams and cross-functional partners to ensure seamless marketing operations.

**Experience:**
+ +5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry with marketing experience in product launch, Hem-Onc, rare disease, or specialty products preferred
+ Bachelor's degree required
+ Experience with digital marketing programs preferred
+ Experience with OneCRM, Financial Tools and Veeva PromoMats is a plus

The salary range for this position is:
$125,300.00 - $180,966.66
