As a Database Management Specialist, you’ll be based on-site at our client’s offices, playing a key role in supporting our field teams. From this central hub, you’ll coordinate with utility partners, manage essential data systems, and help shape sustainable right-of-way practices that make a real impact in the field.

Manage client database program(s) including receiving downloads of data from field personnel, transferring data in various computer programs, generating and closing work requests, creating pre-load files, tracking refusals and tags/help ticketsCreate and maintain all circuit files and run statistical reports for managementFacilitate the completion of timely and accurate reportsCoordinate and prioritizing circuit field work schedulingProduction of maps, manifests, and various reports for planner contractorsAnalysis of the database for quality assurance and data integrityTechnical support for field personnel, foresters, planners, and office staffMeet with client to outline and implement data collection/reporting changesAbility to plan, organize and coordinate multiple projects while effectively working with employees across departmental lines and external contactsPerform other duties as related or assigned

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

A DMS shall have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience working with computers, office equipment and data entry equipment. Two or four-year degree in a related field is preferredAbility to work independently and as a part of a teamStrong verbal and written communications skillsExcellent customer service skillsExperience in office management preferredExperience with technical writing and report generatingExperience with Microsoft Office and data collection software (GIS experience a plus)
