This position directly contributes to **tender readiness, commercial execution, and operational excellence** , helping Abbott deliver trusted diagnostic solutions to healthcare partners across Vietnam. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy precision, language excellence, structured documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration in a regulated healthcare environment. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** **Translation & Documentation Support** + Translate operation manuals and related technical documents for CRDx instruments with **high accuracy, consistency, and completeness** . + Ensure translated materials fully meet **tender requirements** and internal quality standards. + Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (commercial, tender, and operations teams) to ensure timely delivery of translated documents. **Document Management & Tender Readiness** + Maintain **version control, validity, and availability** of all translated operation manuals and technical documents. + Develop and manage a **centralized translation library** to support tender submissions and distributor participation. + Provide timely documentation support to commercial teams and sub‑distributors during bidding and tender processes. **Compliance & Quality** + Ensure all activities comply with: + Abbott’s **Business Code of Conduct** + Abbott **Quality System & Quality Policies** + Applicable **local laws and regulatory requirements** + Uphold Abbott’s standards of professionalism, integrity, and accountability in all work activities. **Additional Responsibilities** + Perform other administrative or special tasks as assigned by Management. **MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** **Work Experience** + Minimum **1 year of experience** in translation or documentation work. + Previous exposure to **technical, medical, or scientific content** is strongly preferred. **Education** + Bachelor’s degree in Translation/ Linguistics/Languages or a related field **Required Skills & Competencies** **Professional Skills** + Strong written and verbal communication skills in **Vietnamese and English** . + High attention to detail, accuracy, and document consistency. + Solid organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. + Familiarity with administrative and document management tasks. **Behavioral Attributes** + Honest, careful, patient, and highly responsible. + Strong teamwork mindset and collaborative working style. + Ability to follow structured processes in a regulated healthcare environment. + Alignment with **Abbott Capabilities Framework** (Supervisory Level). **Language Skills** + Vietnamese (native or fluent) + English (professional working proficiency) **Computer Skills** + Proficient in **Microsoft Office** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). + Familiarity with **translation tools** ; experience with CAT tools is an advantage.
