YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Record, verify and execute translation requests according to process documentation, effectively and accurately.Understand, monitor and take proper action regarding KPIs.Ensure high standards in the operation and meet performance targets and SLAs.Support, follow-up and escalate identified issues.Contribute to process improvements, implement best practices, and identify process exceptions to maintain high standards in operations.Support the onboarding process for new joiners (e.g. buddy role, on the training Ings).Participate in problem solving groups.Ensure 100% compliance with the policy of the team.Ensure regular collaboration and alignment with all the other Translation Services team members.
WHO YOU ARE
University degree in linguistics, Translation, or any other related career. At least 1 – 2 years of experience in the respective process (Mandatory).Advanced English proficiency.Ability to use the relevant software (e.g. translation applications), beneficial.Computer literacy, advanced in MS Office.Open mind and flexibility in accepting new challenges (e.g. transitions, projects) and adapting to change.Ability to work independently and to work collaboratively within a team. High level of focus on work quality/attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to operate in a highly intercultural environment and to work in a team.Good customer service skills.Organizational skills, motivation and eagerness to learn.
