This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be on your feet, hands-on, and making a real difference. What We Do: + Senior relocations, estate sales, and home clear-outs + Packing, sorting, and organizing household belongings + Removing trash and donations from homes + Identifying sellable items vs. donations + Preparing items for our online estate sale auctions + Taking photos of auction items and uploading them to our platform Every home is different. Every day is different. Some days are fast-paced. Some homes are dusty. Some jobs are emotional. But the end result is always the same: a clean finish, a grateful family, and a job well done. What We’re Looking For: + Dependable and motivated (we can train skills—we can’t train reliability) + Strongly organized with attention to detail + Comfortable using smartphones/iPads for photos and uploads + Able to recognize items of value for resale/auction (or willing to learn) + Able to lift up to 40 lbs, stand for extended periods, and do repetitive bending/lifting + Comfortable working in a variety of home environments + Team-oriented and professional in a client’s home + Able to travel to job sites (reliable transportation required) Team Leads Needed!  We are also hiring Team Leads who can: + Lead and direct the team on-site + Communicate directly with clients in a calm, professional way + Help prepare schedule and keep the day moving + Take ownership of the job and keep standards high + Lead positions have the potential for full time hours If you’re the kind of person who naturally steps up and helps a team stay focused—we want you.
