We have an exciting opportunity on our team for a Transition Manager. The Transition Manager will work alongside the US & India Delivery Team in managing complex transitions within the services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the seamless transition of services, processes, from client environments or incumbent vendors to our organization. This role requires strong leadership, project management,stakeholder management, and the ability to build and lead a high-performing transition team.

Develop comprehensive transition strategies and detailed transition plansDefine scope, timelines, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategiesWork in collaboration with internal and external stakeholdersLead end-to-end planning and execution of service or process transitionsCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and successful deliveryEnsure seamless knowledge transfer, process migration, and operational handoverOversee training, documentation, and stakeholder communication throughout the transitionConduct regular status updates, governance meetings, and executive briefingsManage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfactionMonitor and report on transition progress, risks, and issues to leadershipEnsure all transition documentation, SOPs, and knowledge bases are created and maintainedDrive compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirementsSupport post-transition handover and stabilization effortsConduct post-transition reviews and implement lessons learnedCore Competencies:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).15+ years of experience in service transition, project management, service delivery or equivalent work experience within the procurement services functionExperience supporting US-based and global companies and clients across timezones Worked within procurement consulting worldStrong understanding service delivery models and ITIL, PMP/Prince2 methodologies (certifications preferred).Location:
