Job Description
Rolls-Royce Global Business Services (GBS) is planning to significantly upscale its services. There is a requirement for an experienced, driven Business Change Manager to lead projects from concept to operational handover whilst ensuring that operational performance isn’t compromised.
Takeover an in-flight project to move a functional area to Bangalore, India.Liaise with key stakeholders.Co-ordinate 3rd parties to document the As-IS and identify the required changes to determine the MVP for the To-Be process.Manage workstreams to deliver the required changes such as HR, IT, and Operations.Carry out recruitment, managing the transition from Training, to Ramp-Up, then through to Hypercare.Key Skills:
