**Description and Requirements**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Assist Transition Manager in performing project management activities.
+ Coordinating project priorities across multiple tracks on a project and driving the project
+ Coordinate, schedule and facilitate client and internal meetings and weekly status reporting and other team meetings
+ Following established standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation
+ Drive a focus on consistent communication and project standards internally within the project team and externally with customer
+ Act as a point of contact for all project administrative tasks for the assigned project
+ Utilize MS tools including teams, project and spreadsheets to track budgets, schedules, and other information.
+ Setup and manage processes for contract management, financial management, scope management and other elements of the project management processes
+ Oversee progress to make sure goals are met on time.
+ Create and manage project deliverables, milestones and required tasks per the schedule
+ Coordination of and response to requests for changes from the original specifications
+ Building and maintaining positive working relationship with vendors and external/internal customers
