Transition Analyst (Multifamily)
**Job Title** Transition Analyst (Multifamily) **Job Description Summary** POSITION PURPOSE The Transition Analyst supports the Transitions & Property Management teams throughout the onboarding and offboarding processes while providing a high level of detail and customer service. As part of the Transitions team, the Analyst is also involved in special projects and ensures data integrity in all department tools & systems. The Analyst must provide a high level of support, collaborate with all members of TQC, and be an effective communicator. **Job Description** **POSITION PURPOSE** The Transition Analyst supports the Transitions & Property Management teams throughout the onboarding and offboarding processes while providing a high level of detail and customer service. As part of the Transitions team, the Analyst is also involved in special projects and ensures data integrity in all department tools & systems. The Analyst must provide a high level of support, collaborate with all members of TQC, and be an effective communicator. **ACCOUNTABILITIES** May be responsible for one or more of the following: + Complete required taskstimelyfor allassignedonboardingandoffboardingproperty management assignments withminimal guidance and/or supervision + Track completion of tasks in department tools + Ensures data integrity across all department transition tools + AssistTransition Specialists, Sr. Transition Specialists,and Managers with reporting and coordination of assignments; Proactively communicate potential risks andprovidepotential solutions + Collaborate with Property Management teams and other partners in the transition to obtain property information, analyze and interpret reports, field questions, make recommendations,establishsolutions, and resolve issues + Track receiptof various documentation and proactively completerequiredaction items once received; Audit and interpret documentation received to ensureaccuratesetups/decommissions + Support the maintenance oftransitionchecklists anddepartmenttoolsthat itemize all aspects of a propertytransition;Maintainand complete all department tools + Regularly auditandmaintainproperty andclientinformation in databases to ensureaccuratesystemdata + Occasionallyattend and support internal and external transition calls + Maintain relationships with fellow support groups andProperty Management teams + Develop transition process improvement initiatives and create documentation ofprocesses; Proactivelyprovidesuggestions and solutions to property transition process + Lead and execute special projects asassigned **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS** + BachelorDegree + 3+ years of relevantexperience + Or any similar combination of education andexperience + Experience in real estate and basic accounting knowledge, including understanding Property Management function, lease administration, and tenantleases/reconciliationspreferred + Proficiencywith Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, andOutlook + Smartsheet knowledge is beneficial but notrequired + Ability to understand, interpret, and abstract complex real estateterminology + Effective time managementskills + Detail oriented, organized, andthorough + Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service + Excellent interpersonal skills with high initiative, flexibility, and team approach towork + Excellent oral and written communicationskills **PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS** + Involves work of a general office nature; typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation ofa computer for up to 8hours + May involve periods of standing, such asoperatingat acopier/fax/scanner + Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write andtype + Ability to speak clearly so others can understandyou + Regularly required toutilizevision abilities, allowing reading of printed material, graphics, andcomputer displays + Ability toobservedetails at closerange **COMPANY BENEFITS** + 120 Hours Paid Time Offannually; prorated upon hire + 40 Hours Sick Timeannually; prorated upon hire + 2 VolunteerDays annually to support causes important to you & your community + 14Company Holidays + Paid Parental Leave + Medical, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance, withother supplementary benefit options, including petinsurance; Pre-Tax spending accounts + Company Discounts Program to many major retailers& service providers + Company-provided Personal & Professional Development, includingaccess to LinkedIn Learning, Employee Assistance Program, & Counseling Services _The above-referenced position summary is a guideline designed to present an overview of job duties and is not intended to be a comprehensive list of responsibilities and requirements._ Cushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work.
