Process Improvement and Optimization:
Analyze plant performance data to identify bottlenecks and areas for process optimization in raw material handling, clinker production, and cement grinding.
Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies to achieve operational excellence.
Develop action plans based on root cause analysis to enhance process stability and eliminate inefficiencies.
Digitalization and Technology Implementation:
Drive digital transformation by integrating smart technologies, automation, and real-time data analytics into cement plant operations.
Promote the use of AI, IoT, and predictive maintenance tools to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve asset reliability.
Facilitate training and capability building on digital tools and technologies to ensure smooth adoption across plant operations.
Energy and Sustainability Enhancement:
Develop and implement strategies to optimize energy consumption, reduce carbon footprint, and enhance the use of alternative fuels and raw materials.

Education Qualification:
B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Operations Management or Business Administration is preferred.

Industry Knowledge:
