What you’ll do…
Reporting directly to the EVDD Transformation Workstreams Senior Manager, you will support and partner a team of highly skilled, self-motivated, experienced and networked individuals, serving as the architects between strategy and ongoing operations to facilitating continuous improvement. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be to work closely with the Senior Transformation Manager and supporting team to provide project management, coordination and analytical assistance. This group will function like a SWAT team, with the task of rapid assessments, defining approaches to address gaps, and implementing streamlined strategies and processes to address operational gaps throughout the organization – combining highly skilled project management work with creative process improvement and problem solving.
Identify key workstreams and initiatives in EVDD to address operational gaps and efficiency opportunities Evaluate complex situations and make rapid assessments using available data Design solutions that solve for multiple variables with maximum efficiency Engage and assemble cross-functional teams within EVDD and cross-skill teams as required (Industrial Systems, Finance, Purchasing, Manufacturing, etc.) Drive robust communication to ensure team alignment Combines highly skilled project management work with creative process improvement and problem solving Develop strategic and innovative cross-functional solutions to identify lasting improvements inclusive of robust tracking and measurement methodologies Design critical KPIs and monitor ongoing efficiency and effectiveness Project manage key workstreams and ensure partners are working together collaboratively to meet deliverables Stand up new processes, implementation of lessons learned to prevent reoccurrence and shape future processes to inform future organizational structures
What you'll have…
Bachelors' degree in engineering, computer science or business, or equivalent industry experience 5+ years of experience in strategic roles within tech, automotive, or related industries, with a track record of increasing responsibility Minimum 5 years of experience working in engineering and business operations succeeding in assignments with very high degree of complexity, ambiguity and company navigation Demonstrated ability to think critically, processing and analyzing complex information while considering different perspectives, driving high quality solutions Experience in driving organizational, operational, and cultural transformations that lead to improved business outcomes Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate complex concepts into actionable plans High business acumen to understand and make smart decisions in a business scenario, encompassing knowledge of how the organization operates, it’s financial standing, and its strategic direction in context with the greater enterprise A Bias for action, driving items to closure without sacrificing quality or timeliness Demonstrated complex project management and organizational skillsEven better you'll have…
