Job Description

To support our ongoing growth, we are looking for an experienced product owner to support our Demand to Renew digital infrastructure program. Reporting to the Sr. Director of IT Strategy, Architecture and Transformation, you will lead a multi-disciplined team to define the requirements, design the solution, and deliver our Demand to Renew vision. The products will provide new capabilities for our Customer Care and Remote Support teams and bring impactful innovation to bear for all of our business units.

Leadership

Be the advisor to leadership to guide product and feature prioritization effortsMotivate teams and (in)direct reports to deliver above and beyond expectations in the design, development and launch of new enterprise capabilitiesRecruit and lead a team toward realizing achievement toward product-based milestonesLead design and solution efforts for transformational capabilities across Lead to Order, Adopt to Value and Customer/Partner Experience value streamsFoster Rockwell culture and core values to support team growth and advancement

Driving Results & Execution

Partner across teams to develop the vision, strategy and roadmap with an eye toward rapid, data-driven decisions.Identify gaps and recommend enhancements related to new or existing products, services or workflowsActively shapes and executes product discovery work to ensure that all subsequent product development is done to solve business relevant problems and generating valueDefine success through leadership Goals and deliver on time and on budgetAddress any challenges related to meeting target metricsCollaborate to prioritize products and resourcing requirements to support delivery across the organizationManage external partners to ensure delivery on budget and goalsSupport preparations and delivery of readouts and updates for any business reviews

Teaming & Collaboration

Partner with external consultants to design, configure, test and release of Transformational capabilities via agile methodologyActs as a servant leader in pursuit of Rockwell and individual team member successBuild credibility as a product expert within the Rockwell environment that is sought out for input and as a critical member to the identification, design, development, and launch of new productsLiaise across all stakeholders (technical and business) to incubate and accelerate technology adoptionLead the commission of new product efforts in collaboration with cross-functional leaders, specifically garnering business support at the onsetFoster positive working relationships with key stakeholders, including cross functional teams to understand their needs and break down barriers

The Essentials- you will have:

Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field.
