Transformation Program Manager

The Opportunity

The Transformation Program Manager will lead the execution of strategic transformation initiatives to support JLL's Strategy 2030, reporting to the Global Head of Transformation. This role is responsible for managing complex, cross-functional transformation programs from inception to completion, ensuring delivery of measurable business outcomes and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Execution

Lead end-to-end execution of strategic transformation programs aligned with JLL's Strategy 2030Manage multiple concurrent transformation initiatives across the 3-5 strategic big bet portfolioCoordinate cross-functional program teams spanning business lines (Leasing Advisory, Capital Markets, REMS) and corporate functionsDrive program planning, resource allocation, and timeline management for complex enterprise initiativesEnsure program alignment with strategic objectives and business priorities

Program Governance & Risk Management

Establish and maintain program governance structures including steering committees and working groupsDevelop comprehensive program charters, workplans, and milestone tracking mechanismsIdentify, assess, and mitigate program risks and dependencies across multiple workstreamsManage program budgets and resource allocation to optimize ROI and business impactEscalate critical issues and roadblocks to senior leadership with recommended solutions

Stakeholder Management & Communication

Lead regular program reviews and executive reporting to C-suite and transformation leadershipFacilitate cross-functional collaboration and alignment across diverse stakeholder groupsManage communication and change management activities to drive program adoptionBuild and maintain relationships with business line leaders and functional headsCoordinate with external vendors, consultants, and implementation partners as needed

      Performance Tracking & Optimization

Develop and monitor program KPIs, success metrics, and milestone achievementTrack program ROI, cost savings, and business value delivery against committed targetsConduct regular program health assessments and implement corrective actionsCapture and disseminate lessons learned and best practices across the transformation officeSupport continuous improvement of program management methodologies and tools

Leadership & Communication

Lead cross-functional teams through influence and collaboration rather than direct authorityCommunicate program status, risks, and recommendations effectively to all organizational levelsFacilitate productive meetings and decision-making processes across time zonesPresent complex program information in clear, actionable formats for various audiences

Project & Resource Management

Manage program timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectivelyCoordinate activities across multiple workstreams and external dependenciesAdapt program approach to meet dynamic business needs and changing prioritiesProvide and receive mentoring and feedback to drive team effectiveness and program success

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; MBA, PMP, or advanced program management certification preferred5-8 years of program management experience with 3+ years leading complex transformation initiativesExperience in professional services, real estate, or related industries preferredProven track record managing large-scale organizational change programs in global organizationsExpert proficiency in program management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches)Advanced Microsoft Office Suite capabilities, particularly Project, Excel, and PowerPointExperience with program management software platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Smartsheet, MS Project)Strong financial analysis and budget management capabilitiesKnowledge of change management principles and implementation frameworksExceptional ability to influence and drive results through cross-functional matrix organizationsStrong executive presence with ability to communicate effectively to C-suite stakeholdersProven success building and leading high-performing virtual and hybrid teamsExperience managing competing priorities and stakeholder interests across business units

Location

This position requires working from our Chicago or New York HQ offices at least 3 days per week.

Estimated compensation for this position:

187,300.00 – 257,500.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
