This position will report directly to the **Business Operations VP.** As the Transformation Office Leader, you will work with the TT Global Business Leadership (GBT) team to identify and execute a portfolio of Lean and continuous improvement initiatives as well as managing process and productivity enhancements across supply chain, operations, and procurement for our pigment and minerals business.
