Our client is seeking a Transformation Manager with experience working in the energy industry to join their team for a freelance B2B contract that is expected to last 6 months, with an expected extension of 1 year. This position is 3 days on-site and 2 days remote, we are looking for someone with experience working with energy trading platforms.

Project details:

Position: Transformation Lead Contract Length: 6 Months + expected extension on an additional year Start date: ASAP Location: Hybrid in Malmo, 3 days per week and 2 days remote Languages: English and Swedish Speaking

Skills and Responsibilities:

Documented experience of system replacement projects within energy trading. Understanding of physical electricity and gas trading, including balance responsibility and market processes. Ability to develop detailed system design in collaboration with architects and operations. Good communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams. Experience with agile methodologies and change management
