Work Arrangement
This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Detroit, Michigan, three times per week, at minimum.
The Role
The Transformation Analyst plays a critical role in GM’s timekeeping tool migration from Kronos to UKG Pro. The role will be engaged in all phases of the program and work on requirements gathering, testing, training, communication and launch support. This role will be a key contributor to ensure GM has maximized the business impact of the timekeeping tool upgrade.
What You’ll Do
Lead collaboration sessions with cross functional teams including manufacturing, finance, and IT to gather and document business requirements to ensure a clear understanding of objectivesLead change management related activities that enable successful adoption of the upgraded software - including communication, training, launch support and general project managementMaintain strong relationships with stakeholders, business process owners, and subject matter experts.Research, benchmark and identify best practices and participate in continuous education to guide the business in the identification of ‘differentiator’ or ‘competitive advantage’ processes.Proactively identify project issues and recommend viable solutions.Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree5+ years of related work experienceChange management and/or project management experienceSoftware applications implementation experienceExperience developing business process modelsInterpersonal skills, analytical mindset, and technical product knowledge are critical to success.Excellent oral and written communication skillsWhat Will Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with HRIS systems including scheduling, labor management, HR/Payroll, enterprise resource planning (ERP), or similar domain product/systemsUKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) experience or Kronos Workforce CentralLaunch support and post launch support experienceFull lifecycle software upgrade experience including Business Analysis, Functional Specification, Testing, Cutover and HypercareSoftware training and training documentationAbility to create meaningful insights from data and effectively communicate to peers & leadershipDo you have minimum 2 years’ experience with HRIS or financial systems such as, Workday, SAP, ADP, or Kronos or similar software?
Do you have 3 years of software change implementation experience such as requirements gathering, process mapping, testing and change management?
