This is a demanding role that requires focus while working outside in the elements. . + Yard and facility maintenance including debris and clean up + Picking up litter + Picking up and sweeping windblown trash + General site clean up + Various utility tasks as needed + Learning the operations of transfer station + Specific duties can change on the daily basis as operation needs change + Spotting Trucks . **POSITION REQUIREMENTS:** + At least 2 years of work experience. Preferably in a labor type position. + Experience operating equipment is a plus + Ability to work in all weather conditions throughout entire shift + Mechanical ability a plus. + The ability to continually lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout an 8-10 hr. shift. . **WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:** + Exposed to different weather year round. + Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. + Extensive physical activity.
