Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement working knowledge of the company’s transfer pricing policies as well as local transfer pricing regulations and requirements.Coordinate, prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation i.e., Local Files and Master Files, in compliance with OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.Support and perform the yearly headquarter cost allocation models for the business segments.Support the implementation of our operational transfer pricing, policy setting, governance and management.Coordinate and support responses to transfer pricing audits or other formal inquiries from tax authorities.Comprehension of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.Financial data gathering with internal stakeholders and/or data extraction from diverse accounting systems and databases.Support in the design and implementation of transfer pricing initiatives, in cooperation with our senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Economics, Finance, and/or Accounting.3+ years of work experience in the field of Transfer Pricing, Finance and/or Tax.Excellent interpersonal skills and work proficiency in matrixed environments.
