Transfer Pricing Analyst
**What is the role?** Situated at our Panama City, Panama office, the Transfer Pricing Analyst with Liberty Latin America (LLA) will concentrate on the developing transfer pricing requirements within the global organization. This exceptional chance offers you the opportunity to work closely with our outstanding team to successfully carry out our daring transfer pricing strategies! The primary duties involve crafting intercompany allocation models, working closely with consultants on transfer pricing documentation, and aiding in the examination of intercompany transactions. **What you'll do:** + Prepare and analyze complex financial and allocation models to coordinate the LLA Group transfer pricing policies + Collaborate with the accounting team to draft intercompany invoices concerning transfer pricing models + Aid in gathering the data required for disclosing intercompany transactions in transfer pricing studies and/or annual disclosure forms + Assist in assessing statutory financial documents to confirm the accurate depiction of intercompany transactions + Help with the issuance and examination of yearly cost center surveys for transfer pricing audit defense documentation + Track and clear legacy intercompany balances on an ad-hoc basis + Prepare account reconciliations to ensure accurate accounting of intercompany transactions + Assist with internal and external audit inquiries concerning transfer pricing + Contribute to the development of new transfer pricing models + Perform other ad-hoc duties, such as analyzing indirect taxes on intercompany transactions **Preferred Education/ Qualifications:** + Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent with a focus on accounting, tax, or economics + 2-4 years of experience in public accounting, industry, or specifically in transfer pricing, tax, or accounting **Knowledge & Experience:** + Preferred experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and/or SAP + Experience working with LATAM and/or Caribbean countries in a finance setting + Demonstrated capability to operate within a challenging, ever-changing setting + Strong written, oral, and analytical skills with an ability to interpret data + Capability to function autonomously and adjust to frequent modifications + Enjoy collaborating in a team setting during brainstorming sessions + Upbeat with a strong work ethic, high personal standard of ethical conduct, and ability to securely handle confidential information + Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint + Proficiency in English and Spanish **Who We Are** We are the leading telecommunications company, connecting more than 40 markets in Latin America and the Caribbean with our video, broadband internet, telephony, and mobile services under the consumer brands, Flow, Liberty, Más Móvil, BTC, and Cabletica.
