Responsibilities The Opportunity Supports the coordination of a top-tier GBS FP&A Costing team to control, prepare, maintain, and analyze the cost model, monthly projections, and the annual operating plan. Provides visibility to the PMF FP&A management team regarding transfer pricing. Serves as the primary PMF contact for TP matters. Coordinates the standardization and continuous improvement of processes and models across the region to drive efficiencies. Helps ensure relevant KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs) are met, supporting teams with a customer-centric mindset. Supports risk and opportunity analysis. Your Impact As Transfer Price Analyst your functions would consist of • Prepare, maintain, and analyze actual and closing PMF transfer costs for LatAm in coordination with the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. • Prepare the transfer price per SKU on a monthly basis with a clear understanding of all operating expenses in AOP and the forecast. • Review actual transfer costs during pre-close/close; deliver. Ensure the expense is recorded in the correct P&L line and aligned with cross-functional teams (SCF, Move, Master Data). • Support in the preparation of transfer costs for PMF AOPs for LatAm/US • Preparation of P&L, Forecast, and AOP model updates • Preparation of monthly cost deliverables • Generation and submission of files as requested • KPI tracking: forecast accuracy, on-time delivery, etc. • Support the planning, implementation and development of LATAM GBS operating procedures and Service Level Agreements, ensuring deliverables excellence (on time, every time, mistake free) meeting Service Level Agreements • Create and maintain relationships with clients ensuring a business partner relationship with all of them • Develop cross divisional relations, establishing trust and understanding to affect broad based relentless continuous improvements • Promote and adhere to GBS ways of working, culture and values • Proactively initiate, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues in other GBS locations Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? • Education: Finance, Economics, Engineering, Administration • Computer literate – Advanced Excel, Power Point • Language: English advanced • Understanding of a P&L and its drivers • Ability to understand financial models and scenarios If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
