Responsibilities The Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled and motivated RPA Developer specialized in UiPath to design, develop, test, and deploy automated workflows across business units. You will collaborate with business analysts and process owners to deliver robust, scalable, and efficient automation solutions that improve productivity and reduce manual work. Your Impact: As Transf Analyst - RPA Developer – UiPath your functions would consist of • Analyze and understand business processes to identify automation opportunities. • Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Assistant. Build reusable components and ensure adherence to best practices and governance frameworks. • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of automated processes. Maintain documentation including PDD (Process Design Document) and SDD (Solution Design Document). • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and IT teams to align automation efforts with business goals. • Monitor, maintain, and optimize bots post-deployment. • Ensure compliance with security, quality, and audit standards. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. Experience • 2–4 years of experience in RPA development, with strong proficiency in UiPath. • Solid understanding of workflow design, exception handling, and UiPath REFramework. • Experience with selectors, UI automation, APIs, OCR, and data manipulation. • Familiarity with Orchestrator components: assets, queues, triggers, logging, and environment setup. • Ability to understand business logic and translate into technical workflows.
