Job Description

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure smooth and timely freight process flowEnsure accurate and timely data entry into our operational systemTrack and Trace Transcon files and reportingEnsure accurate and timely client and vendor billingEnsure delivery of freight Interact with customers in arranging their shipments to meet customers service standardsContribute and maintain good relationships with suppliersMeet compliance at all timesNetwork communications, timely responses to emails and requestsMeet KPI standards in accordance with Company policyUnderstand customers procedures and maintain updated internal SOPs

QualificationsPrevious experience within the logistics field or equivalent training of 2 years advantageous but not essentialSolid oral and written communication skillsStrong problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeFull working rights in Australia
