The Transactions Manager (Permits) is the direct point of contact, responsible, and accountable for processing and managing new permits within an assigned geographic territory. This individual is responsible and accountable for all aspects of the management of their assigned territory in a manner that is consistent with the client’s goals and RPG (JLL Rail Practice Group) processes.
Responsibilities
Manage and be the direct point of contact for a portfolio of client owned real estate within an assigned geographic territory
Effectively manage the transaction activity process related to new permits
Update and maintain the information related to your projects in the transaction database
Maintain ongoing communication with clients via written/verbal updates and reports in a timely manner
Analyze and manage client’s portfolio in a proactive manner by proposing transactions that will assure maximum value-added results for the client
Serve as information resource – conduct research, compile data, process inquiries, review plan sheets and insurance documents as necessary
Perform other related duties as assigned
Consistently provide the highest quality service to RPG clients and customers
Develop and maintain positive relationships with client’s internal departments
Serve as a mentor and provide constructive feedback to and learn from other RPG team members.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years real estate experience, preferably with some direct transaction background
Advanced English level
Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
Ability to work independently, multi-task, manage time proficiently
Critical thinking and attention to detail
Comfortable reviewing real estate agreements and interpreting language
Technical skills for efficient use of communication with clients and customers
Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint
Knowledge of Salesforce and Docusign is a plus
Schedule: 8 to 5 Central Time / 7 to 4 Costa Rica
