We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transaction Management Sr. Manager to join our dynamic team in Lomas de Chapultepec, Mexico City. **About the Role** As a Transaction Management Sr. Manager at CBRE, you will be a key leader within our Brokerage function, responsible for overseeing the buying, selling, and leasing of diverse properties on behalf of our valued clients. You will provide formal supervision to a team, coordinating daily activities, and implementing complex real estate plans aligned with strategic client goals. Your expertise will drive successful negotiations, property acquisitions, and financial analysis, directly impact client success and contribute to CBRE's continued leadership in the commercial real estate market. **What You'll Do** + Provide formal supervision, coaching, and development to employees, including performance evaluations and recruitment. + Coordinate and manage daily team activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. + Implement complex real estate plans, assisting with project initiation, scope definition, and adherence to client priorities. + Act as a landlord/seller or tenant/buyer agent and effectively negotiate business terms and conditions for transactions. + Coordinate sales negotiations through field brokers, including lease negotiations, amendments, and renewals. + Locate and acquire new properties to meet client requirements and timelines. + Review, evaluate, and interpret financial analysis templates (e.g., cash flow projections, NPV/IRR) for informed client decisions. + Collaborate with Lease Administration, Project Management, Facility Management, and Finance/Accounting teams to ensure service line integration. **What You'll Need** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 10 years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Real Estate salesperson license is required. + Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, and performance management. + Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, conveying performance expectations and handling problems. + Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the team. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. + Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset. + Intermediate math skills, including the ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations. **Why CBRE?** When you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment that helps businesses and people thrive.
