ACES Operations processes and clears checks and exceptions related items that are acquired at JPMorgan Chase ATMs. The group also reviews and resolves ATM deposit exceptions, payment exceptions, ATM withdrawal exceptions, makes cash and customer adjustments, and processes consumer ATM deposit discrepancies. Mitigates ATM deposit fraud; reviews missing ATM deposits and notifies customers; resolves cash, check and adjustment differences for ATM outages.
As a Transaction Specialist within the ACES Operations team, you will play a crucial role in processing and clearing checks and exceptions related to ATM transactions. You will ensure operations meet production standards, resolve ATM deposit discrepancies, and mitigate deposit fraud. Your expertise in ATM Claims and Exception Services will be vital in training new hires and engaging in process improvements. Job Responsibilities:
Monitor daily operations to ensure all activities meet established production standards.Observe production processes and equipment, ensuring compliance with specifications, and initiate or recommend necessary adjustments.Communicate inspection results to the team, providing coaching and recommending corrective actions as needed.Address and resolve subject matter expert (SME) queries promptly.Manage case inventory and monitor ageing in accordance with pending guidelines.Collaborate with the UL team on revisions to standard operating procedures (SOPs).Share process updates, quality feedback, and unique scenarios during team meetings, and document minutes of meetings (MOM).Identify the need for refresher training and deliver appropriate learning sessions to team members.Oversee new hire training and support their progression along the learning curve.Actively participate in operations calls with site partners to ensure alignment and issue resolution.Complete all assigned trainings within the required timelines and monitor general ledger ticket postings for accuracy.Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
Extensive expertise in ATM Claims and Exception Services (ACES) processes.Graduate in Commerce or any stream, with over 3 years of banking experience.Proficient in MS Office applications.Strong oral and written communication skills.Deep process and business knowledge.Highly adaptable to change.Excellent client focus and customer care practices.Exceptional attention to detail.Effective problem-solving abilities.Strong team player with collaborative skills.Thorough understanding of business processes and procedures.
