Transaction Quality Assurance Sr.Analyst
Duty and Tasks: • Participate in client meetings to provide input on best practices and helping to provide solutions. • Participate and drive project work that needs to be done. • Work as Agency Lead for New Business Projects/transition to NTT Data • Research complex Agency commission/licensing issues and provide solutions • Respond to clients and other departments requests • Work as Trainer and resource for other agency team members with any changes or new business implementations • Work on special projects, including existing client changes as well as future acquisitions, overseeing and acting as liaison with other functions on assigned project • Work with Manager to develop needed Business Rules and Standard Operating Procedures as required by client Required Qualifications: • 3 Years Finance and Accounting experience • 3 years customer service experience working with insurance agents and/or policies. • 2 years agent licensing/contracting or appointment experience • 3 years Microsoft Excel Experience Role Responsibilities: • Deep understanding end to end Licensing and Commission process. • Familiarity writing/implementing team procedures • Demonstrate client interaction skill. • Be able to understand and drive the project work • Ability to analyze reasons behind incomplete transactions. • Understands process interdependencies. • Possesses deep domain knowledge in F&A domain. • Allocates and delegates takes amongst employees • Provides operational support to employees on all phases of financial transaction processing • Interacts with clients and internal departments to solve issues • Identifies and resolves issues around pending transactions • Performs quality audit on accounts • Individuals here have a well-rounded knowledge of the policies and procedures for their work area • The associates work may require discretion and independent judgment for non-routine matters, however, the primary focus of work activity is predominately routine • This individual may make policy recommendations to their managers and be an escalation point for less experienced team members
