Transaction Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Description

 

Research requirements, provide accurate and timely quality evaluation of life
applications, renewals, or cancellations by utilizing the Company’s policies, guidelines,
medical, non-medical and financial factors and determine appropriate quality controls Operate efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Provide superior customer service to the distribution channels Contribute to the building and maintaining of strong relationships within the organization Maintain an awareness of changing practices and regulations Work on related projects as assigned

 

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred 3+ years’ experience in a production-oriented environment 3 or more years of direct life insurance experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
