The **Transaction Processing Supervisor** oversees daily operational activities and leads a team responsible for processing high-volume, time-sensitive transactions. This role is accountable for team performance, staff development, and operational excellence while ensuring quality, productivity, and compliance standards are consistently met.
**Responsibilities**
+ Directly supervise and manage team members, including hiring, disciplinary actions, and employee terminations in accordance with company policy.
+ Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as productivity, quality, accuracy, and attendance; provide ongoing coaching and development to drive continuous improvement.
+ Conduct and manage performance improvement plans (PIPs) and employee evaluations.
+ Lead, motivate, and support team members in achieving daily, monthly, and long-term individual and team goals.
+ Use strong operational knowledge and problem-solving skills to address workflow challenges and resolve escalated issues.
+ Supervise and coordinate daily tasks within complex business operations, technical support, or production environments.
+ Maintain accountability for functional, operational, and/or program-level performance and outcomes.
+ Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security requirements, and procedural standards.
**Requirements**
+ Minimum of one year of supervisory and/or management experience.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment.
+ High school diploma.
+ Ability to successfully pass a background check, drug screening, and obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
+ U.S. citizenship.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience working in a mailroom or warehouse environment.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $42,427-$55,100.
