In this role, you’ll provide elevated service to our members and make a real impact on their benefits experience. **About the Role:** + Operating Imaging/Extraction Equipment (OPEX Falcon) + Preparing batches of work by extracting checks and remittances from envelopes + Verifying negotiability of checks through customer specific instructions for processing + Balancing/reconciling paper documentation + Demonstrating proficiency in all complexities, processing modes and department equipment + Maintaining site productivity and quality standards + Contributing to meeting team goals in addition to individual responsibilities + Ensuring that all customer and bank guidelines are followed as related to operations, internal audit and security, and general practices + Remittance Processing or banking operations experience preferred + Ability to analyze and comprehend client’s standard operating procedures and instructions + Intermediate computer skills. + Production environments focus on meeting deadlines and quotas **Requirements** **:** + Attention to detail with accuracy and good eye-hand coordination + Ability to lift up to 15-20 pounds + Must be able to work overtime as required + Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time + Flexibility and willingness to learn and be utilized in all areas of operation + Open minded with a positive attitude + Must be able to successfully complete a background check and drug screen Due to varying state and local minimum wage laws, we are currently only able to hire candidates residing in states where our compensation structure complies with applicable wage regulations.
