Transaction Process Analyst

We are looking for a motivated Transaction Process Analyst to help streamline our billing processes for contract logistics services.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end billing process and ensure timely invoicing.Coordinate and validate high volumes of data from various sources.Collaborate with suppliers to ensure all necessary data is processed for invoicing.Handle monthly activities in the Oracle financial system, including closing Purchase/Sales Orders.Work closely with Finance and Operations teams to resolve issues and provide historical financial data.Identify opportunities for standardization and process improvement.

Requirements:

Fluency in English.Degree in Finance, Business, or Economics is a plus.Experience in billing/accounting is advantageous.Knowledge of Oracle/SQL is a plus.Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Excel.Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
